Standard grades have an MOQ of 100 kg. For custom grades or non-standard particle sizes, the MOQ is 5 metric tons. Free samples of 1 to 2 kg are available for laboratory evaluation before placing a production order.
For new customers we require 30 percent T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70 percent balance paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading. For repeat customers with 12 months of good payment history, we accept 100 percent L/C at sight, or 30/70 T/T. We do not accept Open Account terms or D/P for new customers.
Standard grades require 25 to 30 days from order confirmation to factory dispatch. Custom grades require 30 to 40 days. Ocean transit time is 25 to 40 days depending on the destination port. Total door-to-door delivery for a typical 20FT container to North America is 50 to 60 days; to Europe is 45 to 55 days; to Southeast Asia is 30 to 40 days; to the Middle East is 25 to 35 days; to South America is 45 to 55 days.
Yes, third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or CCIC is welcome at our factory, with the inspection cost borne by the buyer. We can also arrange pre-shipment sampling and send the samples to a third-party laboratory of your choice for verification testing.
Yes, we provide 1 to 2 kg free samples for serious buyers. The sample is shipped via DHL or FedEx at our cost for shipments under 5 kg, with delivery in 5 to 7 business days to most countries. For samples requiring special certifications (food grade, pharmaceutical grade, FCC compliance), please specify the requirement in your sample request email.
